Ventra Health, a leader in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for specialty physicians, is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join its team. This role is a mix of administrative support, data auditing, and compliance management for specialties like Radiology, Anesthesia, and Emergency Medicine.

If you have a background in medical coding and a deep understanding of quality reporting programs like MIPS, this is a great opportunity to move into a regulatory and quality-focused role.

Job Summary

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist works under the Healthcare Quality Director. Your main job will be to organize, audit, and maintain the company’s quality programs. You will spend a lot of your time validating data, preparing reports, and making sure the company is ready for both internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities

MIPS Support: You will help with MIPS data validation, workflow documentation, and annual reporting submissions.
Auditing: Conduct documentation and coding audits to identify potential risks or errors.
Program Management: Help maintain project timelines, task lists, and trackers (like Smartsheets).
Documentation: Assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and educational materials for the coding and operations teams.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

Certification: You must have a current Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credential.
MIPS Experience: A minimum of three years working specifically with the MIPS program is required.
Administrative Experience: At least two years of experience in an administrative role.
Tech Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Windows-based applications.

Education: High school diploma is required, but an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
