Position: Shift Incharge – Production
📌 Key Responsibilities
Shift Management:
Independently manage and lead production shifts with accountability and efficiency.Shift Operations:
Oversee and coordinate all production activities during the assigned shift, following BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).Manpower Handling:
Assign tasks, monitor attendance, and ensure discipline among production staff and operators.Process Monitoring:
Track and maintain critical process parameters to ensure smooth functioning of equipment and resolve any process deviations.Documentation:
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all operations in logbooks, BMRs, and other GMP-compliant documentation.EHS & Housekeeping:
Enforce safety protocols, ensure proper use of PPE, and maintain cleanliness in the production area as per EHS standards.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
B.Tech (Chemical Engineering): Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
ORB.Sc (Chemistry): Hands-on experience as a Shift Incharge in API/intermediate production is required.
