Job Description
As An R&D Technician IV, You Will Play A Crucial Role In Our Manufacturing Process Of Solid Oral Dosage Forms. Your Responsibilities Will Include Understanding Critical Attributes Of The Manufacturing Process, Managing Equipment, Supporting Formulation Scientists, Ensuring Compliance With CGMP Requirements, And More.
How You’ll Spend Your Day:
Managing The Area And Equipment Of The Pilot Plant.
Planning Day-To-Day Activities For The Pilot Plant.
Assisting Formulation Scientists In Batch Execution.
Maintaining Logs For Calibration, Validation, And Preventive Maintenance.
Coordinating With Engineering For Maintenance Requirements.
Preparing SOPs And Working Procedures.
Ensuring Compliance With CGMP Requirements.
Highlighting Deviations From SOPs During Routine Work.
Complying With EHS Requirements As Per Company Policy.
Your Experience And Qualifications:
Bachelor’s In Pharmaceutical Sciences With 5+ Years Of Experience Or M.Pharm With 3+ Years From Reputed Universities.
Experience In High-Performance Manufacturing Teams With Exposure To Batch Manufacturing For Regulated Countries Like US/EU/CANADA.
Approved Manufacturing Chemist For Tablets And Capsules From Maharashtra FDA/State Licensing Authority.
Technical Skills:
In-Depth Knowledge Of Different Manufacturing Processes For Solid Oral Dosage Forms.
Familiarity With Various Equipment Used In Solid Oral Manufacturing.
Understanding Of CGMP And Local Regulatory Requirements For GMP Batch Manufacturing.
