What They Are Looking For (Requirements)

1. Backend & Platforms:

Solid hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring, and Web Services.
Deep knowledge of building and maintaining scalable web application platforms.
Strong experience with Rules Engines and Application/Web Servers.

2. AI & Innovation (Crucial):

Experience with AI Builder.
You should know how to create AI Agents or models and automate processes using AI tools.
A background in Research & Development (R&D).

3. Frontend & UI:

Knowledge of UI frameworks like Angular, React, or Redux.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and REST/SOAP Services (JSON/XML).

4. Database & DevOps:

Solid SQL skills with MSSQL or Oracle databases.
Experience with DevOps tools and building CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOPs concepts.

Your Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of software development. This includes everything from analysis and design to coding, testing, and debugging. You will work in an Agile (Scrum) environment and will be expected to build quality into every piece of code you deliver.
