Who Can Apply?

Essential Qualifications ²HAL is looking for candidates who have passed their Degree or Diploma in the specified branches between the years

2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025³. Importantly, candidates must possess their pass certificate as of the application date; those with “Appearing” status, “Result awaited,” back papers, or supplementary exam results pending are not eligible⁴.

Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old and a maximum of 27 years old as of July 31, 2025¹⁸. Age relaxations are applicable for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (NCL) (3 years), and PWD candidates (10 years)¹⁹. Reservations will be extended as per the Apprentice Act 1961 and Government of India/HAL guidelines

NATS 2.0 Registration is Mandatory: All applicants must first register on the NATS 2.0 portal (www.nats.education.gov.in) to obtain their Registration Number^22222222. Applications from candidates registered on NATS 1.0 will not be considered

1. Fill and Self-Attest Documents: Candidates must download and fill out the application form²⁵. Gather self-attested copies of all required documents, including:

Selection Process  

The selection of apprentices will be based on a

100% merit basis, calculated from the total aggregate marks secured in the Diploma/Degree/Diploma in MOM & SP Examination⁴⁰. Candidates with one year or more of work experience are not eligible⁴¹.
