What are we looking for in a potential candidate?
Required Skills:
- Interest in both Business analysis and Quality assurance area is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to document requirements, test cases, and findings clearly and precisely
- Automation Testing – Selenium (Java or Python)
- SQL knowledge for basic queries and validation.
Job Responsibly:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare user stories, functional specifications, and requirement documents.
- Participate in stakeholder discussions to understand business needs.
- Create and execute test cases based on functional requirements.
- Participate in manual and automation testing and report findings.
- Learn and use test automation tools and methodologies.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
