Detailed Job Description
🔬 Production: USP & DSP
This role is tailored for professionals who can independently handle:
Single-use bioreactors
CO₂ shake incubators
Aseptic mammalian cell culture operations
Chromatography systems
TFF handling, column packing, nano and sterile filtration
These skills are crucial for maintaining sterile conditions and ensuring high-yield, contamination-free biologic production.
📄 Documentation & Validation Responsibilities
As part of the production team, you’ll be responsible for:
BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) documentation
SOP compliance and revision
Process and cleaning validation
Handling deviations and CAPA
Change control management
