Job Description

Quality Assurance – API

Key Responsibilities

Officer (IPQA): Conducting IPQA activities such as line clearance, review of GMP, cleaning records, sampling, online compliance, and support in investigations.
Executive/AM/Manager (Vendor Qualification): Planning and auditing of KSM, intermediates, external labs, and contract manufacturing sites, vendor qualification, and proficiency in QMS activities such as CAPA, change control, deviation, risk assessment, and review of vendor-related documents.
Executive (Change Control): Review and release of master documents in software, APQR preparation, trending of QMS, and investigation and risk assessment.
Executive/AM (Investigation): Investigation of deviations, OOS, OOT, and market complaints, preparation and review of quarterly and annual trending of QMS, review and implementation of CAPA, preparation of OOT limits, and support for APQR.

Required Skills

Exposure to regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP.
Proficiency in QMS activities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience

BSc or MSc in a relevant field.
Officer (IPQA): 6 months to 5 years of experience.
Executive/AM/Manager (Vendor Qualification): 9 to 20 years of experience.
Executive (Change Control): 7 to 12 years of experience.
Executive/AM (Investigation): 8 to 14 years of experience.
