Job Description
As A Site Report Specialist At IQVIA, You Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Caseload Of Site Visit Reports (SVRs) For Assigned Studies. Your Primary Focus Will Be To Ensure Compliance With Protocols, Processes, Timelines, IQVIA/Applicable SOPs, And GCP Guidelines. You Will Review SVRs To Identify Findings Requiring Corrective Or Preventative Action Plans And Ensure High-Quality Reports. Additionally, You Will Participate In Project Teams, Identify And Escalate CRA And Site Issues, Provide Guidance To Clinical Project Managers (CPMs), Track Project Team Compliance To SOPs, And Participate In Quality Improvement Initiatives. This Role Also Involves Coaching CRAs And Providing Support For Special Projects Related To Function/Corporate Initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree In Healthcare Or Other Scientific Discipline Or Educational Equivalent
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Research Experience, Including 3 To 4 Years Of On-Site Monitoring Experience
Proficiency In Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Responsibilities And Trip Report Experience
Strong Understanding Of Protocols, Processes, Timelines, SOPs, And GCP Guidelines
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Ability To Identify Trends, Escalate Issues, And Provide Coaching And Guidance To Team Members
Experience In Quality Improvement Initiatives And Mentoring Junior Staff Members Is Advantageous
