We are currently hiring for positions within our Pharmacovigilance team in Kolkata. This role involves contributing to the critical function of monitoring and evaluating the safety of pharmaceutical products to protect patients and ensure regulatory compliance.

1. Pharmacovigilance Voice Process – Gurgaon

Job Description:

Handling drug safety calls and adverse event reporting.
Ensuring compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations.
Documenting and processing pharmacovigilance cases accurately.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals and patients for safety data collection.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (with valid license)
Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers eligible)
Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
- Strong knowledge of Pharmacovigilance basics
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Ready to work from office in Gurgaon
- Must be open to relocation

2. Walk-In Drive for Pharmacovigilance – Kolkata

Job Description:

Managing case processing and safety database entries.
Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA, and EMA guidelines.
Reviewing and assessing adverse drug reactions (ADRs).
Collaborating with global PV teams for risk management.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (with valid license)
Experience: 1 to 4 years in Pharmacovigilance
Skills Required:
- Fluent English communication
- Strong PV case processing knowledge
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
- Ready to work from office in Kolkata
- Must be open to relocation
