Available Roles and Department Requirements

Emcure Pharmaceuticals is looking for talented individuals for the following departments:

1. Quality Control (QC) – OSD

• Qualification: M.Sc. or B. Pharm
• Experience: 2-7 years
• Responsibilities:
  • Conduct QC testing on raw materials, packaging, stability samples, in-process, and finished products.
  • Proficiency in handling instruments like HPLC, GC, IR, and UV.

2. Quality Assurance (QA) – OSD

• Qualification: M.Sc. or B. Pharm
• Experience: 2-7 years
• Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain dissolution testers, KF, and potentiometers.
  • IPQA: Perform real-time manufacturing process inspections and corrective actions.
  • AQA: Review analytical data, manage QMS aspects (e.g., deviations, OOS, OOT, CAPA), and ensure effective CAPA.

3. Production – OSD

• Qualification: B.Sc., D. Pharm, or B. Pharm
• Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient, safe machinery operation to produce high-quality products.
  • Maintain production records and follow cGMP standards.

4. Engineering – OSD

• Qualification: DME, BE, or B.Tech
• Experience: 2-7 years
• Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery like FBD, RMG, blister packing, bulk line, compression machines, and capsule filling.
  • Monitor and control packing activities, including BPR documentation, log books, and daily records.

5. Packing – OSD

• Qualification: B.Sc., D. Pharm, or B. Pharm
• Experience: 2-7 years
• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and execute packing activities according to the packing plan.
  • Perform in-process checks and maintain production-related documentation.

6. Warehouse – OSD

• Qualification: B.Sc., D. Pharm, or B. Pharm
• Experience: 2-7 years
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage material handling, raw material dispensing, and inventory control.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs throughout the inventory management process.
