Torrent Pharmaceuticals is looking for dedicated professionals to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for Technical Assistant and Executive positions across multiple departments at our Indrad and Dahej plants.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in pharma who want to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. We are hosting a walk-in interview event on September 29, 2024 at Hotel Regenta Inn, Ahmedabad.

H2: Open Positions at Indrad and Dahej Plants
Torrent Pharmaceuticals is expanding, and we have several open positions for Technical Assistants and Executives in key areas like Quality Control, Manufacturing (Tablet and Parenteral), Packaging, and Engineering.
Each of these roles offers the chance to work on cutting-edge pharma processes and contribute to important advancements in medicine. We welcome applicants with 2 to 8 years of experience. Here’s a breakdown of each department’s requirements.
H2: Requirements and Qualifications for Various Departments
We’re seeking candidates with specific expertise to join the following departments:
H3: Quality Control Department (Formulation/ASL/MVC/Micro)
If you have experience in Quality Control, we have openings in areas like Analysis and Operations using advanced tools such as HPLC, GC, FP, IP and more. Responsibilities also include Analytical Method Validation, Environment Monitoring, and Sterility Testing.
Ideal candidates should have a B.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Sc., or M.Pharm degree with 2 to 8 years of hands-on experience in the field. You’ll be working on ensuring the integrity and compliance of all quality control processes.
H3: Tablet Manufacturing Department
Our Tablet Manufacturing Department is hiring candidates with expertise in processes such as Granulation, Compression, and Coating. You’ll also handle Glatt equipment operations and manage proper documentation to maintain quality standards.
To be considered, candidates must hold a B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree and have 2 to 8 years of experience in tablet production. This department plays a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards before reaching the market.
H3: Parenteral Manufacturing Department
In Parenteral Manufacturing, we’re seeking professionals with knowledge of sterile liquid production, aseptic filling, and sterilization processes. Experience with vial washing and packaging is also required.
A B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree with 2 to 8 years of experience is necessary. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality throughout the sterile manufacturing process.
H3: Packaging Department
Our Packaging Department focuses on blister packing, bottle packing, and SAP systems. Experience with track & trace systems is an added advantage.
We require candidates with a B.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Sc., or M.Pharm degree and 2 to 8 years of experience in packaging operations. Your role will be vital in ensuring the secure and compliant packaging of pharmaceutical products.
H3: Engineering Department
We’re also hiring for the Engineering Department, where responsibilities include OSD (Tablet & Capsules) process maintenance, QMS documentation, and handling equipment like PLC, Scada, and automation (MES).
Candidates should have a BE or B.Tech degree and 2 to 8 years of experience in pharma engineering, with exposure to regulatory audits and lab monitoring. You’ll help ensure smooth, efficient production operations and maintain compliance with safety standards.
