The Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) is a Comprehensive Cancer Centre with a mission to achieve the highest standards in patient care, cancer prevention, cancer research and professional development for oncology and allied disciplines. TMC is an autonomous body funded, controlled by the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India. TMC is affiliated to Homi Bhabha National Institute (HBNI).
Post : Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA)
Required Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) for National Cancer Grid Contract Research Organization (A/C No. 5377) (Initially for a period of six months)
Job Description : CTA is the in-house person, who supports all study start-up activities of the monitoring group. He/She is responsible for documentation and its maintenance and support the CRA in the Monitoring Visits related activities including travel. CTA works closely with the CRAs and Project Manager.
Qualification : Mandatory : BSc / MSc in Life Science / B.Pharm / M.Pharm. with Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research (PGDCR) / Certification in Clinical Research (CR) / MSc Clinical Research. M.Sc. Clinical Research Interns of TMH, completing internship in Sept. 2024 can also apply.
Desirable : a. Any experience with managing project(s), handling global clinical trials, conduct of trainings in clinical research will be additional considerations.
b. The candidate should have good communication skills, both verbal and written and should be fluent in English language.
Remuneration : Consolidated Salary of INR 25,000 to 32,000 depending on educational qualification.
Eligible candidates may attend the walk-in-interview along with Bio-data, recent passport size photograph, copy of Pan Card, Aadhar card, original certificates and one set of attested copies of all certificates at 3rd Floor, Main Building, Tata Memorial Hospital, Dr. E. Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai – 400012. Internal candidates need to submit NOC from their current Principal Investigator.
