- Exposure to regulated, semi-regulated, and Indian markets
- Expertise in areas like Complex generics, Topical & Dermaceuticals, Oncology, etc.
- Solid state characterization, Microbiology
Formulation Development (FnD)
- Grade: Executive (EXE)
- Experience: 3-8 years
- Education: M. Pharm
- Skills Needed:
- OSD, Oncology, and Cosmeceutical expertise
- Market exposure
- Feasibility evaluation and budget preparation
Product Development Group (PDG)
- Grade: A-M/EXE
- Experience: 5-10 years
- Education: B. Pharm + MBA / M. Pharm + MBA
- Skills Needed:
- Coordination with cross-functional teams
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Project status reporting
