Key Responsibilities and Required Skills

If you have expertise in organic synthesis or peptide chemistry, this opportunity is perfect for you. Below are the essential skills and responsibilities expected for these roles:

Chemical Reaction Execution

Perform chemical reactions on mg to gm scale efficiently.
Synthesize required quantities of molecules/compounds following client specifications.
Optimize reaction routes and techniques for better results.

Compound Purification & Characterization

Conduct purification of synthesized compounds.
Interpret and characterize peptides using NMR, LCMS, and HPLC analytical techniques.

Peptide Synthesis Expertise

Carry out solid-phase and solution-phase peptide synthesis.
Work with various resins for peptide synthesis and modifications, including cyclization, disulfide bridge formation, stapling, and derivatization.
Experience in handling automated peptide synthesizers and peptide purification will be an advantage.

Documentation & Compliance

Proficiency in writing and maintaining Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN).
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards.
