This drive aims to admit candidates into the Auro Royal Program (ARP) and Auro Loyal Program (ALP), designed to enhance skills in various pharmaceutical domains.
Details of the Auro Royal Program (ARP)
The Auro Royal Program (ARP) is tailored for M.Sc. and B. Pharma graduates. It focuses on skill enhancement in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Analytical Research & Development (ARD), Formulation Analytical Research & Development (FARD), and Stability functions. These areas are crucial for both Formulation and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) verticals. The program offers a study stipend of Rs. 15,000/- per month and spans four months. This initiative provides hands-on training, equipping graduates with practical knowledge and skills necessary for the pharmaceutical industry. Participants will gain exposure to real-world scenarios and industry standards, enhancing their employability and expertise in the field.
Details of the Auro Loyal Program (ALP)
The Auro Loyal Program (ALP) is designed for Diploma and ITI graduates, aiming to groom them for production and packaging roles within the Formulation vertical. This program runs for three months and offers a stipend of Rs. 8,000/- per month for diploma holders and Rs. 5,000/- per month for ITI graduates. The ALP focuses on practical training, ensuring that participants are well-prepared for the operational demands of the pharmaceutical industry. By the end of the program, graduates will have acquired the skills needed to excel in production and packaging roles, making them valuable assets to prospective employers.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have graduated with a B. Pharmacy or M.Sc. (Organic, Inorganic, or Analytical Chemistry) degree, or hold a Diploma/ITI certification. The eligible years of passing are 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
