Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology
- M.Sc in Computer Science
- B.Sc in Computer Science or Information Technology
Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT support and management
Job Role:
The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing the full spectrum of IT activities, including:
- End-to-end system usage and installations (PC, Laptop)
- Software management and usage
- Creation of login IDs in accordance with plant IT SOPs
- Desktop support and new computer system installations
- Maintenance and preventive maintenance as required
- E-mail configuration
- Operating System and software upgrades and patch updates
- Network device installation, backup, and restore procedures
