Skills Required

Successful candidates will possess skills in:

Executing chemical reactions from milligram to gram scale.
Synthesizing required quantities of molecules/compounds using efficient techniques.
Purification and characterization of compounds using NMR, LCMS, HPLC.
Solid phase and solution phase peptide synthesis.
Handling diverse resins for peptide synthesis and modification.
Experience with automated peptide synthesizers is desirable.
Writing Electronic Lab Notebooks.
