Manage incoming and outgoing calls

Handle inward/outward registers and courier tracking
Support front office administration and coordinate with HR and other departments
Must be proficient in MS Excel and Word

2. Purchase Executive – Male
Location: Purchase Department, Hyderabad
Qualification: UG / PG / MBA (Any Graduation)
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Daily purchasing of raw materials, lab chemicals, engineering materials, and consumables
Vendor sourcing, negotiation, and procurement planning
Documentation of purchase orders
Market research and comparison for best pricing
Procurement coordination and data management
Should have experience in pharmaceutical or similar industries
Additional duties as assigned by management
