We currently have openings for the position of Executive or Senior Executive in Manufacturing for our Hyderabad location. These positions are key to our operations, and we are looking for candidates who are passionate about making an impact in the bio-pharma world.
- Job Title: Executive/Senior Executive – Manufacturing (Vial, Cartridge, Lyophiliser, PFS & BFS)
- Location: Hyderabad
- Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech (Mech)
- Experience: 3 to 7 Years
- Positions Available: 2
- Salary: ₹3 LPA to ₹6.6 LPA
Job Responsibilities:
As an Executive or Senior Executive in Manufacturing, you will be responsible for the following:
- Handling the line activities of injectable manufacturing.
- Ensuring smooth operation of aseptic processes with an understanding of CIP (Cleaning in Place) and SIP (Sterilization in Place) techniques.
- Adjusting machine settings to maintain optimal production line speeds.
- Managing production and packaging changeovers as per schedule while maintaining accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring equipment is cleaned before and after shifts.
- Conducting basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to keep equipment running efficiently.
- Monitoring and removing any damaged products or supplies during production.
