Position Overview: ARD Executive / Sr Executive

Cronus Pharma is currently seeking to fill the position of ARD Executive / Sr Executive. This role is crucial for the development and validation of analytical methods, process development, and regulatory compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities

Analysis for Process Development: You will perform analysis for process development and stability samples according to testing procedures and stability protocols.

Method Validations and Verifications: Your role involves performing method validations and verifications using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC).

Analytical Method Development: Developing analytical methods using HPLC and GC will be a key part of your responsibilities.

Regulatory Query Analysis: You will handle analysis related to regulatory queries, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Cleaning Validation Activities: Perform and oversee cleaning validation activities to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

Working Standard and Reference Standard Alignment: Ensure working standards are in line with reference standards.

API and Excipient Vendor Qualifications: Conduct qualifications for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and excipient vendors.

Complete Analysis of API and Excipients: Perform comprehensive analyses of APIs and excipients to ensure quality and compliance.

Calibration of Analytical Equipment: Responsible for the calibration of analytical equipment such as HPLC, GC, Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS), and Ultraviolet (UV) spectrophotometry.

Handling and Maintenance Procedures: Maintain proper handling procedures for all chemicals, reagents, active pharmaceuticals, instruments, and equipment as per their Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Sample and Standard Handling and Destruction: Oversee the handling and destruction of samples, working and reference standards, and impurities according to SOPs.

Emergency Response Identification: Be prepared to identify and respond to necessary emergency situations.

Required Skills and Competencies

To excel in this role, you need strong technical and analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to work well in a team. Familiarity with HPLC, GC, AAS, and UV spectrophotometry is essential.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must hold one of the following degrees:

  • B.Pharmacy
  • M.Pharmacy
  • M.Sc (Chemistry)

Experience Requirements

Applicants should have 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a preference for those with experience in veterinary pharmaceuticals.
