We are now hiring passionate and skilled professionals for our formulation plant in Vapi, Gujarat.

Available Positions and Requirements
1. Tablet Manufacturing
- Position: Officer/Sr. Officer
- Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc
- Experience: 2–6 years
- Skills Required:
- Expertise in Dispensing, Granulation, Compression, and Coating.
- Online documentation and QMS handling.
- Position: Operator
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma
- Experience: 2–5 years
- Skills Required:
- Operation of RMG, FBD, FBP, Roll Compactor, PLC/SCADA-based Compression Machines (Cadmach & Fluid Pack), Coating Machines (Kevin & Gansons).
2. Tablet Packing
- Position: Officer/Sr. Officer
- Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc
- Experience: 2–6 years
- Skills Required:
- Blister Packing, CVC Line Operations, BPR, SOPs, Line Clearance, Manpower Handling, GDP, GMP, Record Maintenance.
- Position: Operator
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma
- Experience: 2–5 years
- Skills Required:
- Operating Blister Pack Machines (ELMACH 3015 PDA), Auto Cartonator (WKH100 & IMA PG IC150C), Track & Trace Machines with Tamper Evident Technology.
3. Injectable Manufacturing
- Position: Officer/Sr. Officer
- Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc
- Experience: 2–6 years
- Skills Required:
- Aseptic Filling, Vial and Ampule Washing, BSS Tunnel, Autoclave, Sterilization Processes.
- Position: Operator
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma
- Experience: 2–5 years
- Skills Required:
- Operating Vial and Ampule Filling, Sealing, and Labeling Machines, Autoclave Operations.
4. Quality Assurance (QA)
- Position: Officer/Sr. Officer
- Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
- Experience: 2–6 years
- Skills Required:
- Process Validation, Qualification, Vendor Qualification, APQR, and IPQA for Manufacturing and Packing.
5. Quality Control (QC)
- Position: Officer/Executive
- Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc
- Experience: 2–9 years
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in HPLC and GC Analysis.
6. Engineering & Maintenance
- Position: Officer/Sr. Officer
- Qualification: B.E/M.E/B.Tech
- Experience: 2–6 years
- Skills Required:
- Expertise in OSD and Injectable Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance, Utility Areas, Water Systems, Fire Hydrants, EHS, and QMS.
7. PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control)
- Position: Officer/Executive
- Qualification: B.Pharm/B.Com/M.Com
- Experience: 2–6 years
- Skills Required:
- Planning, Procurement, Dispensing Scheduling, BOM Coordination, BMR/BPR Review.
