Assistant Manager	Learning & Development	MBA HR/MHRM (2 years Full-Time)	12-14 Years	Develop L&D/OD strategies aligned with organizational goals, culture transformation, budget, and talent management.
Executive	Learning & Development	MBA HR/MHRM (2 years Full-Time)	4-6 Years	Execute L&D/OD initiatives, develop modules, evaluate through analytics, and ensure adherence to budgets/calendars.
