Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) and Bio-Pharma

Executive – Job/Skill Set

HPLC/GC/IC method development, validation, and transfer for APL, complex OSD, complex generics products (long-acting injectables, nasal sprays, peptide injections, peptide OSDs, oncology, and topical products).
Expertise in peptide characterization.
Expertise in clinically relevant dissolution method development and establishing IVIVC/IVIVR.
Closely working with CRO/CDMO/CTL to develop and validate analytical methods.
Exposure to regulated, semi-regulated, and India markets.
Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, Ion Chromatography, Particle size analyzer, etc.).
Hands-on experience with NG/G Tube, IVRT/IVPT, Solid State characterization, Impurity characterization, API Sameness study.
Well-versed with USP/EP/BP/IP and regulatory guidelines (ICH/EMEA/FDA).
Hands-on experience with Nitrosamine and Genotoxic impurities method development, validation, and transfers (LCMS/GCMS).
Expertise in routine analysis and F&D support.
Comparative evaluation of methods with alternative vendor methods.
Experience in dissolution method development, comparative dissolution, multimedia dissolution, and statistical evaluation.
Hands-on experience in preparing STPs for API, Excipients, KSM, Intermediates, In-process, and Formulation for all tests.
Well-versed with instrument calibrations and GLP practices.
Understanding of ICH guidance and regulatory expectations.
