Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Accounting and Invoice Management
Candidates should be well-versed in handling day-to-day accounting operations, including managing invoices, handling payment processes, and ensuring accurate vendor reconciliations.

2. Vendor Reconciliation and Cash Handling
The role involves maintaining effective communication with vendors, verifying transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of cash handling processes.

3. Payment Processing and Expense Accruals
Proficiency in payment processing is essential, alongside the ability to manage expense accruals and ensure timely recording of expenses for accurate reporting.

4. Statutory Compliance
Applicants must have experience in managing statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, and other financial regulations, ensuring the company adheres to legal requirements in all financial dealings.

5. Proficiency in SAP & MS Office
The position demands extensive exposure to SAP and MS Office tools, essential for managing financial data, generating reports, and analyzing performance metrics.
