Position Overview: Graduate Engineer Trainee in MET

Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee in MET, you’ll play an integral role in achieving operational excellence. Here’s what you can expect:

Develop Supplier RFQ: Create supplier Request for Quotations (RFQs) for intended equipment, tooling, jigs, and fixtures while considering process requirements for serial production.
Support Trials and Approvals: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and safety coordinators to conduct trials and secure approvals at the supplier’s end.
Equipment Setup and Stabilization: Oversee the installation, setup, and stabilization of equipment, tooling, jigs, and fixtures on the shop floor to meet designed output standards.
Ensure Safety and Quality: Maintain a Zero Accident and Zero Defect policy, adhere to project timelines, and achieve 100% of the designed output while meeting financial targets.

Experience Level: Freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Location: Pune (Chakan)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days maximum.
