Immuno-Oncology Scientist – Translational Medicine
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Immuno-Oncology Scientist to join our Translational Medicine team. The ideal candidate will:
- Understand Disease Biology: Exhibit deep knowledge of relevant disease biology, clinical landscapes, emerging technologies, and the competitive research environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Possess exceptional laboratory skills in cell and molecular biology and/or in vivo pharmacology. Demonstrate expertise in developing strategic solutions to overcome potential scientific challenges.
- Experimental Expertise: Be capable of designing, guiding, and conducting both in vitro and in vivo experiments to:
- Investigate novel mechanisms of action (MOA).
- Develop rational combination and dosing strategies.
- Uncover resistance mechanisms for early and late-stage clinical assets.
- Scientific Management: Showcase excellent scientific management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and reporting of scientific outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Ph.D. or Postdoctoral experience.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
