Job Description
The Role Involves Performing Activities Related To MSAT (Manufacturing Sciences And Technology) Function For Downstream Processes, Including Technology Transfer, Scale-Up, Deviation Investigation, Process Troubleshooting, And Technical Report Writing As Per Syngene’s Guidelines.
Key Result Areas:
Role-Specific:
Execute And Monitor Downstream Experiments, Analyze And Interpret Data, And Provide Feedback To The Manufacturing/PD Team.
Perform Internal And External Technology Transfer Initiatives For Upstream Processes.
Prepare And Review Technology Transfer Documents (TTD) And Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
Participate In Planned And Unplanned Deviation Investigations And Conduct/Support Related Experiments.
Understand Facility Constraints, Conduct Gap Assessments, And Provide Shop Floor Support For Technology Transfer And Scale-Up Activities.
Author Technical Reports, Including Gap Analysis, Risk Assessment, Statistical Data Analysis, And Other Relevant Reports.
Collect, Monitor, Trend, And Analyze Data From CGMP Campaigns And Prepare Summary Reports.
Troubleshoot Process/Product-Related Concerns.
Represent The DSP Technical Team In Client Interactions And Telecoms, Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams.
Possess Knowledge And Exposure To Environment, Health, Safety, And Sustainability (EHSS) Practices.
Follow EHSS Requirements At All Times In The Workplace, Ensuring Individual And Lab/Plant Safety.
Attend Training Sessions On EHSS.
Education And Experience:
Education: B.Tech In Biotechnology/M.Tech In Biotechnology
Industry Experience: 2 To 5 Years Of Relevant Experience
