1. Job Role – Material Issuance-RM 
   1. Responsible for dispensing of approved Raw materials to production department as per process order and timely delivery of dispensed materials to manufacturing.
   2. Responsible for participating in self-inspection and ensure timely closure of observations during self-inspection and other audits
2. Job Role – Material Receipt-RM/PM
   1. Responsible for handling of area key and to ensure that secured storage areas are accessed by authorized personnel’s only.
   2. Responsible for receipt of material and product as per current SOP.
   3. Responsible to ensure batch wise segregation of all materials, safe and secure storage as per the status and required storage conditions of material and product.
   4. Responsible for periodic calibration of all weighing balances in receipt and dispensing areas.
   5. Responsible to ensure periodic stamping of weighing balances and standard Weights.
   6. Responsible for physical stock verification and reconciliation of materials, initiation of stock adjustment note and after approval posting in SAP.
   7. Responsible for handling of Rejected/Expired materials printed packaging materials, controlled substances, Returned & Recalled Products.
   8. Responsible to ensure the initiation of MDN’s and proper disposal of the material and product.
   9. Responsible for sending materials as per the requirement to other manufacturing locations against STO.
   10. Responsible for handling of data loggers (Digital device like Ebro, Testo, and Solo etc.) and printing, review and storage of environmental condition data.
   11. Responsible for to ensure effective cleaning, pest control and to maintain hygienic conditions in warehouse.
3. Job Role – Material Issuance-PM

4. Job Role – Documentation-Warehouse
   1. Responsible for preparation and revision of SOP’s applicable for warehousing activities & upload in DCM.
   2. Responsible for initiation and review of deviation, change control, investigations, CAPA etc. in Track wise system and timely closer.
   3. Responsible for supporting in review and execution of validation protocols and reports like temperature mapping activity. Responsible for updation of records to meet cGMP and regulatory requirements.
   4. Responsible for initiation of purchase requisition in SAP for consumable items
