Position Details

• Department: Engineering (Process Maintenance)
• Position: Executive/Senior Executive
• Experience Required: 2-7 years
• Work Location: Bangalore
• Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance:
  Perform scheduled maintenance of OSD production equipment like:
  • Fluid Bed Driers (FBD)
  • Compression Machines
  • Coating Machines
  • Blenders
  • Rapid Mixture Grinders (RMG)
  • Capsule Filling Machines
  • SGC Encapsulation Machines
• Breakdown Maintenance:
  Address and resolve breakdown issues of OSD packaging equipment such as:
  • Blister Packaging Machines
  • Bulk Counting Lines
  • Sachet Filling Lines
  • Serialization Equipment
  • Inspection Systems
• Troubleshooting Expertise:
  Handle troubleshooting of:
  • PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers)
  • HMI (Human-Machine Interfaces)
  • IPCS (Integrated Process Control Systems)
  • SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) Systems
• Digital Proficiency:
  Knowledge of SAP and TrackWise platforms to manage:
  • Preventive Maintenance (PM)
  • Breakdown Maintenance (BD)
  • QMS Documents
• Equipment Qualification:
  Conduct IQ (Installation Qualification) and OQ (Operational Qualification) for equipment.
