Qualifications

B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharm/M.Pharm or Any Degree

Experience (Exp)

PRODUCTION-API: 0 to 5 Years
QUALITY CONTROL: 1 to 5 Years
QUALITY ASSURANCE-QMS: 7 to 9 Years
ENGINEERING-Maintenance: 5 to 7 Years

Skills Required

PRODUCTION-API:
- Experience in API production activities
- Handling of Reactors, Centrifuges, Driers
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP & Safety practices
QUALITY CONTROL:
- Testing of Raw Materials, In process, & Finished Goods
- Handling of PSD, UV, IR & Potentiometric
- Proficient in HPLC & GC
QUALITY ASSURANCE-QMS:
- Experience in Micro Lab, Water Analysis BET, GPT, MLT, TOC
- Proficiency in Process Risk Assessment, Equipment Mapping
- Change control, eQMS, Dochub
ENGINEERING-Maintenance:
- Fitter: Experience in Equipment Repairs, Preventive Maintenance
- Knowledge of Centrifuges, Reactors, Gear Boxes, Pumps
- Supervisor: Operation of Cooling Towers, Chillers, Nitrogen Plant, DM Plant, Brine chilling, etc.
