We work with a strongly integrated system and a highly automated purchasing process. Our customers receive state-of-the-art, easy-to-use Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) services. We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Validate CCM alert. analyze and take appropriate action.
• Perform duplicate audit before payment run and ensure no duplicate payments are released.
• Perform PO audit and ensure results are shared on time to operation team.
• Coordinate with Operation team to improve the accuracy.
• Strong knowledge on SAP, P2P processes, Analytics tools, and eagerness to learn.
• Open minded and always curious to questioning existing status and look for improvement opportunities.
• Ensure quality reports are prepared and shared as per the timeline.

Your success is grounded in:

• Min. 3 yrs. of experience in invoice processing/P2P domain
• Bachelor’s degree
• Good communication skills.
