Your Role in Shaping the Future

As a Senior Data Integration Analyst, your contributions will underpin the core of Sanofi’s data ecosystem. By orchestrating robust data flows and harmonizing intricate mappings, you’ll elevate the integrity and functionality of our clinical data hub. Your role mandates precise execution aligned with organizational benchmarks and regulatory stipulations, fostering a reliable environment for transformative healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Elevating Data Integration Standards: Spearhead quality assurance for CDM deliverables, including File Transfer Specifications (FTS), Data Transfer Agreements (DTA), and comprehensive mapping initiatives, ensuring precision and consistency.
Seamless Data Flow Execution: Champion data flow frameworks in collaboration with external providers and internal teams, handling multidimensional datasets from Central Labs, eCOA, IRT systems, telemedicine platforms, and mobile health technologies.
Strategic Coordination: Align with key stakeholders—including Clinical Data Managers, Global Study Managers, and Quality Teams—to meticulously plan, execute, and meet delivery timelines.
Proactive Issue Mitigation: Anticipate and troubleshoot data integration obstacles during study phases, resolving them efficiently to maintain momentum.
Driving Continuous Improvement: Identify optimization opportunities within integration protocols and actively engage in organizational transformation initiatives.
Analyzing and Innovating: Translate emerging requirements into actionable technical strategies, fortifying the analytical foundation for advanced integration practices.

What We’re Looking For

Experience and Expertise

Demonstrated proficiency in clinical data management and an adept understanding of external data integration techniques.
Hands-on familiarity with CDM regulations, including ICH E6/E8, coupled with a risk-based perspective emphasizing Quality by Design (QbD).
Acumen in data standards, particularly CDISC terminologies, with technical prowess in data mapping and transfer via cutting-edge digital tools.

Competencies

Proficiency in critical thinking, applying objective, pragmatic methodologies to navigate complex challenges and craft timely solutions.
Ability to foresee potential risks, bottlenecks, or delays and deploy proactive measures to mitigate their impact.
Exposure to advanced clinical trial concepts, such as Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT), Adaptive Protocols, and eSource innovations.

Preferred Technical Skills

Fluency in programming languages like SAS, R, or Python, with an edge in AI-driven automation.
Insight into evolving drug development paradigms, particularly within decentralized frameworks.

Academic Background

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or higher) in life sciences, mathematics, or technical domains such as computer science.

Languages

Command of English, with both verbal and written proficiency, enabling seamless communication in a global landscape.
