We Are Hiring: Production Planning (PPIC) Sr. Executive to Assistant Manager – Injectable Plant

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our injectable manufacturing plant in the following role:

Position: Production Planning (PPIC) Sr. Executive to AM

Location: Mauza Sarawan, Sadhaura, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana – 133206
Number of Positions: 2

Key Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and execute production plans to meet manufacturing schedules.
Optimize inventory levels, ensuring the availability of raw materials and components.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and quality control, to ensure smooth operations.
Analyze data to identify trends, forecast demands, and adjust production schedules as needed.
Utilize ERP systems (e.g., Proman) to streamline production planning and reporting processes.
Address production issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Any Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
Experience: 2–7 years in production planning or a related role, preferably in injectable manufacturing.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of production planning principles, inventory management, and scheduling methodologies.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Proman) and relevant planning tools.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills with an aptitude for prioritizing tasks effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with diverse teams.
