Key Responsibilities
LVP FFS Operator
- Operate and monitor Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) machines for IV fluid production.
- Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, filling volume, and sealing time.
- Ensure smooth operation of moulding, filling, and sealing stations.
- Perform in-process quality checks including weight variation, leak testing, and visual inspection.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Production teams.
LVP Production – Junior Executive
- Perform batch calculations and dispensing activities.
- Carry out CIP and SIP operations.
- Conduct filter integrity testing.
- Prepare production batches according to cGMP and GDP guidelines.
- Handle material reconciliation and movement.
- Assist in calibration and validation activities.
Biologics Production – Junior Executive
- Support downstream plasma research and development activities.
- Prepare laboratory buffers and media.
- Operate pH meters, spectrophotometers, and conductivity meters.
- Perform depth filtration processes.
- Assist in protein purification using Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF).
- Follow GMP, SOPs, and quality procedures.
