Job Responsibilities: Apprentice at Piramal Pharma Solutions

As an Apprentice in Mahad, Maharashtra, you will play a critical role in supporting Piramal’s quality control (QC) processes. Your responsibilities include:

Sampling & Analysis: Execute sampling and analysis of raw materials, finished goods, packing materials, and cleaning samples, ensuring precise documentation for all tests.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of all lab instruments, ensuring they are in a validated state before starting analyses.
Data Management: Manage the reporting of analytical results, maintain data integrity, and ensure timely documentation in SAP.
Validation Support: Assist with Analytical Method Validation/Transfer and cleaning validation, following approved procedures and protocols.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to FSSAI, cGMP, and relevant food safety regulations (US 21 CFR Part 111).
Quality Management: Help raise and close deviations, manage quality events, and ensure timely calibration and preventive maintenance of instruments.
Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a safe, accident-free lab environment by using PPEs, adhering to MSDS protocols, and properly storing hazardous materials.

Qualifications for the Apprentice Role

Key Skills Required

Knowledge of lab instruments such as GC/HPLC, water baths, sonication baths, and mobile phase preparation equipment.

Strong proficiency in data documentation, particularly in SAP systems and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
A thorough understanding of cGMP, FSSAI regulations, and food safety standards.
