JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and arrange Imidazole stock according to production requirements.
- Conduct daily pH checks on specific solvents and maintain accurate records in the register.
- Collect and record data in notes for documentation purposes.
- Cross-check recovered solvent and mother liquor stock availability in book stock with physical stock.
- Report near misses, incidents, or accidents promptly to the relevant authorities.
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during the production process and adhere to safety procedures.
- Prepare work permits for Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical, and Instrumentation activities.
- Provide instructions to helpers and supervise their tasks effectively.
- Ensure good housekeeping in the work area to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed in the production process and work area.
- Safely issue distilled solvent in drums to other plants as required.
- Assist SRU Team members with shift activities as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
- MSc in Chemistry or BTech in Chemical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
