1. Scale up new products from lab to plant scale, including tech transfer activities such as lab demonstrations and process safety studies, to ensure the timely startup and successful completion of trial and validation batches for PDS / MMBB.

2. Evaluate new product processes, assess feasibility, and implement necessary modifications and calculations.

3. Coordinate and execute new projects on a pilot scale and larger scale as required.

4. Complete and submit HAZOP studies and campaign reports within specified deadlines.

5. Prepare technical documentation including PFDs, P&IDs, equipment suitability assessments, and HAZOP documents.

6. Conduct basic calculations such as mass and energy balances as needed.

7. Study new and existing projects, propose operational cost details, and determine requirements.

8. Perform facility mapping for confirmed and high-probability projects to ensure feasibility and assess project viability.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical.
• Experience: Minimum 4 to 7 years of Proven experience in process scale-up, technology transfer, and project execution.
