Available Roles and Qualifications

1. Manufacturing

Qualifications: Diploma or B.Sc.
Experience: 2–5 years.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in compounding and processes like vial washing, filling, capping, sealing, and stoppering for injectables.

2. Instrumentation

Qualifications: B.Tech.
Experience: 2–8 years.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in operations and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
- Hands-on experience with systems such as DeltaV DCS, SCADA, and PLC.

3. Utilities – Boiler Operations

Qualifications: B.Tech with a mandatory Boiler Operation Engineer Certificate or First-Class Boiler Attendant certification.
Experience: 5–10 years.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in installation, operation, and maintenance of boilers.
- Skills in Root Cause Failure Analysis, Equipment Criticality Ranking, PM/PdM optimization, and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis.

4. Equipment Maintenance

Qualifications: B.Tech (Mechanical).
Experience: 2–8 years.
Skills Required:
- Capable of breakdown troubleshooting, routine repairs, and maintenance of injectables equipment.
- Hands-on knowledge of machines like:
  - Vial Washing
  - Vial Filling & Sealing Machines
  - Rotary Washing
  - Dry Powder Line
  - Inspection & Packing Machines
  - Autoclaves
