Process Associate Opportunity at Optum

We are looking for an immediate joiner to contribute to our investigations process, gathering evidence through fact-finding and analysis. If you are detail-oriented and have strong analytical skills, we encourage you to apply.

Role and Responsibilities

Conduct investigations process with evidence gathering through fact finding and analysis.
Identify documentation and medical record forms.
Make independent decisions within the scope of job responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience

Designation: Process Associate
Experience: 0-2 Years (Freshers can also apply)
Eligibility: Any undergraduate/postgraduate (except Medical Science & Life Science graduates) with no backlogs.

Skills and Attributes Required

Ability to identify documentation and medical record forms.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good data analytical skills combined with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of HIPAA laws pertaining to confidentiality of protected health information.
Prior experience in the healthcare domain is an added advantage.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated to complete duties in a timely manner.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with professionals.
Ability to work occasional off-hours schedules as required.
Strong organizational skills.
Basic analytical skills.

Transportation: No Cab
