Job Overview
NATCO Pharma is hosting a mega Walk-In Interview Drive in Hyderabad on Sunday, 31st May 2026. The company is seeking experienced professionals for its Parelteral Division located at Nagarjuna Sagar. Openings span multiple technical departments including Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Microbiology, and Quality Assurance (QA).
Important Criteria: Only candidates with injectable experience will be considered for these positions. Candidates must be willing to work at the Nagarjuna Sagar location.
Departmental Vacancies & Qualifications
1. Production Department
Positions: Assistant Managers (A.M), Supervisors, and Operators
Qualifications Required: Diploma, B.Tech (Mechanical / Instrumentation), B.Pharm, or M.Sc
Experience Requirements:
Assistant Manager: 10 to 12 years of experience in filling, packing, and QMS.
Operators: 3 to 6 years of experience in handling vial/cartridge filling, capping, compounding, washing, depyrogenation, and component preparation.
2. Engineering Department (Handling Injectable Lines)
HOD – Engineering (Sr. Manager / AGM): B.Tech (Mechanical) with 16 to 20 years of experience.
Process Engineering In-Charge: B.Tech (Mechanical) with 10 to 12 years of experience.
In-Charge of Lyophilisers: Diploma or B.Tech with 8 to 10 years of experience.
Instrumentation: B.Tech (Instrumentation) with 4 to 6 years of experience.
Boiler Operator: 1st Class Boiler Certificate with 3 to 6 years of experience.
Water System: Diploma or B.Tech with 2 to 3 years of experience.
3. Warehouse Department
Positions: Operators
Qualifications Required: B.Sc, D.Pharm, or B.Pharm
Experience Requirements: 3 to 6 years of experience in the dispensing of raw materials.
4. Microbiology Department
Qualifications Required: M.Sc (Microbiology / Biotechnology)
Experience Requirements: 3 to 6 years of experience in Media Preparation, MLT, BET, sterility method validations, execution, and documentation.
5. Quality Assurance (QA) Department
Qualifications Required: B.Pharm or M.Sc
Experience Requirements:
3 to 6 years of experience in IPQA, QMS, document preparation, and review.
4 to 10 years of experience in Qualification validation activities.
5 to 6 years of experience in Analytical QA activities.
