Bangalore, India – Mylan Laboratories Limited, a Viatris Company, is seeking qualified professionals to join its Injectable Manufacturing Facility in Bangalore. The company is looking for experienced individuals in Facilities & Engineering to fill roles ranging from Senior Associate to Team Leader.

About the Opportunity:

This exciting opportunity is for professionals with a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering and extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or related manufacturing sectors, particularly with injectable products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of injectable and regulatory knowledge, coupled with a willingness to work in shifts.

Key Responsibilities for this Role Include:

Operation & Maintenance Expertise: Overseeing the operation and maintenance of vital equipment such as vial washing, tunneling, filling & sealing machines, and manufacturing vessels.
Specialized Systems Exposure: Gaining exposure to Lyophilizers and Auto-loading systems (especially for Executive/Associate roles).
Proactive Maintenance: Performing preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations.
Sterile Environment Proficiency: Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of sterile manufacturing environments and their associated regulatory requirements.
Performance Analysis: Conducting breakdown analysis and maintaining critical metrics like MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
Facility Management: Assuming overall facility maintenance responsibility, contributing to the upkeep and efficiency of the plant.
Communication Skills: Possessing strong proficiency in English communication to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 5 to 12 years of relevant experience.
Key Skills: Injectable and Regulatory Knowledge, willingness to work in shifts.
