The Data and Report Specialist is responsible for supporting activities related to routine and non-routine studies, in compliance with the appropriate company standards, GLP and regulatory guidelines in a timely, efficient manner.
General assistance to the global Study Delivery team will be an essential part of the role. Additional daily duties may include support of other functions within Bioanalytical.
Primary responsibility is to complete duties associated with supporting the Bioanalytical Business and delivery of studies mainly responsible for creating the initial draft of Bioanalytical study reports using study data and work instructions.
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Managing tasks in project tracking systems.
- Preparing study reports other materials associated with Bioanalytical studies.

C. Essential Job Duties:Â
- Create the initial draft of Bioanalytical study reports using study data and work instructions.
- Creates sample analysis and validation study plans using source data such as clinical protocols, analytical methods and Bioanalytical SOPs.
- Creates and/or edits study setup information.
- Independent utilization of project tracking systems to track and document data and report completion activities.
- Ensure compliance to applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Effectively manages own time and deadlines.
- Effectively manages task status tracking and time recording.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
