Customer Marketing Analyst
The General Medicine, Women’s Health and Genetics, and Provider Customer Marketing team develops commercialization and marketing plans for screening and diagnostic tests, services and provider campaigns with the key objective of growing the business for Labcorp and achieving our mission of improving health and improving lives.
To elevate our team’s ability to obtain and act on the Voice of the Customer and achieve our goals of being a Provider Customer COE and an indispensable commercial partner to the business and clinical teams, we need a Customer Marketing Analyst to lead day-to-day customer insights and business performance alignment for General Medicine, Women’s Health and Genetics Product Management team and Provider Customer Marketing team.
This key role will focus on helping build a unified story for customer insights, trends, strategic decisions and business performance & growth opportunities. The SIL will be our team’s single point of contact for Product Leads and Customer Marketing to identify business questions to be solved by market research or competitive intelligence, market sizing, data deep dives, or collaborate with the IT & AI teams to orchestrate key messaging and data driven insights for our GTM plans. The SIL will also work across our Data & Analytic teams to extract key views from several marketing and sales dashboards in order to establish a routine reporting single dashboard for our team to use with Division and other sales leaders as well as communicate internally across marketing how we’re doing with business and marketing campaigns in a single report. This will reduce inconsistency across PM/CM pairings and support a strategic roll up for all therapeutic areas as well as reduce the time needed to fill out Quarterly Executive Scorecards or Business Review content.

Key responsibilities include:
- Become an internal voice of patients and providers by data mining internal and external customer insight data to understand customer trends, mindset, behaviors, needs, pain points and ways of working in order to influence GTM plans for our General Medicine, WH&G therapeutic areas (both for external campaigns and for internal RADAR, Product review or other senior leader presentations)
- Help elevate the team’s outside-in thinking and customer knowledge by developing and delivering monthly or ad hoc customer insights overviews so the PM/CM teams can grow their customer-centric quality of marketing work across our team’s products, thought leadership, solutions, and services
- Lead recurring meeting cadence with product, customer marketers and channel partners to identify and define leading or lagging performance indicators and key trends with customers needed to influence GTM and campaign planning
- Partner with General Medicine, Women’s Health and Genetics Product Management team and Provider Customer Marketing team to understand business goals, strategies, product positioning and customer marketing campaigns and events. Establish consistent data points for all therapeutic areas to include in GTM plans – customer trends, insights, guidelines, unmet clinical need, pre-launch customer feedback needed on assets & messaging to best change provider behavior.
- Work with Insights and Analytics team on a consistent approach to assess and visualize (PPT or Excel) market sizing, competitive data, and manage templatizing and filling out monthly business / customer dashboards and owned / paid media dashboards. This will also help guide Quarterly Executive Scorecard reporting and other routine insights and business performance presentations and updates
- Monitor marketing projects/ roadmap progress, identifying areas for Gen Med, WH&G leadership team to provide input to work team and make adjustments as necessary for the most customer-centric provider enhancements and alignment with strategic roadmap

Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, Project Management or a related field
- 2+ years of work experience in marketing, market research, or general business management
- Specific experience in project management and marketing healthcare preferred
- Strong ability to derive actionable business insights from financial data as well as qualitative & quantitative market research
- Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRMs and project & data management tools (e.g. Tableau, Salesforce, Eloqua, Workfront, SmartSheet) as well as Microsoft Office Tools (PPT, Word, Excel)

- A partner who can work with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between discrete data and customer-focused insights to inform Go To Market plans and Provider marketing campaigns.
