As a Home Health Coding Auditor, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing work completed by medical coders and ensuring documentation quality

• Analyzing charts, production reports, and quality parameters

• Developing and maintaining internal process documentation

• Supporting ISO quality management systems

• Conducting thorough assessments of OASIS documents for compliance

• Performing detailed reviews of Comprehensive Plan of Care (POC)

• Managing meticulous discharge audits

• Providing customized training and education to team members

🛠️ Required Skills

• Certification: CPC/COC from AAPC is mandatory

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Quality Auditor

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Health Coding, OASIS, or POC is essential
