- Experience Required: 11–13 years in Finance and Accounts
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management
- Oversee and guide the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
Financial Management and Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Monitor and manage company finances efficiently.
Auditing and Assurance
- Conduct thorough internal and external audits.
Taxation and Compliance
- Manage tax planning and ensure regulatory compliance.
Budgeting and Cost Control
- Prepare budgets and implement cost-control measures.
Risk Management
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Financial Analysis and Decision Support
- Provide data-driven insights to aid decision-making.
Compliance and Legal Matters
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and corporate laws.
Inventory Valuation
- Manage accurate inventory assessments.
MIS Preparation
- Create and present comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports.
