Open Positions at Ipca Laboratories

Quality Assurance (QA)

Chemist / Sr. Chemist:
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company SOPs.
- Documentation reviews, audits, and quality management systems (QMS).
- Handling deviations, change control, and CAPA management.
- Conducting internal and external audits.
- Qualification: UG/PG in relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years.
Apprentice (Female):
- Supports quality documentation and report preparation.
- Assists in deviations and CAPA procedures.
- Ensures adherence to GMP and SOPs.
- Maintains audit records and quality logs.
- Qualification: B.Pharm.

Research & Development (R&D)

Chemist / Sr. Chemist:
- Responsible for research and development of new products.
- Conducts verification, stability studies, and adaptation of materialization processes.
- Documents experimental results and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams for product innovation.
- Qualification: UG/PG in relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years.

Quality Control (QC)

Officer / Sr. Officer:
- Good knowledge of chromatographic practices (HPLC & GC) with Chromeleon 7.2 software.
- Handles laboratory incidents related to GC & HPLC.
- Investigates OOS/OOT and CAPA.
- Qualification: UG/PG in relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years.

Production

Apprentice:
- Supports manufacturing activities following GMP guidelines and safety rules.
- Assists in batch manufacturing, process monitoring, and maintaining production records.
- Ensures compliance with quality standards.
- Qualification: BSc./MSc. (Chemistry)

Qualifications and Experience

Desired candidates should have working experience with WHO, MHRA, and USFDA-approved Pharmaceutical API plants.
