About The Role

We are looking for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in the US Healthcare – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. The AR Caller will be responsible for calling insurance companies in the US to follow up on medical claims, check claim status, and ensure timely payments for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies (US process) to check claim status and resolve pending claims.
• Review and work on denials, rejections, and underpaid claims
• Record and update accurate claim information in the billing system.
• Maintain excellent communication and build rapport with insurance representatives.
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
  Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication and listening skills (Voice Process).
• Willingness to work in Night Shift (US Process).
• Basic understanding of medical billing / US healthcare is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Quick learner with good attitude and commitment to work.

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate (Arts, Science, Commerce, or Life Science background preferred).
