As A Live Scribe, You’ll Be Responsible For Creating Medicolegally Compliant, Clinically Sound Outpatient Visit Documentation For Leading US Hospitals Across Various Specialties. Your Tasks Will Include:
Listening To And Comprehending Recorded Patient-Physician Interactions
Documenting Clinical History, Examination Findings, And Treatment Plans
Creating Highly Structured Clinical Notes In Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Maintaining Clinical Note Quality According To Documentation Norms And Physician Preferences
Collaborating With Training And Quality Teams To Enhance The Provider Experience

Job Details:
Role: Live Scribing (Real-Time Documentation Of Doctor-Patient Encounters)
Shift: Night Shift (9 Hours Between 5:00 PM To 6:00 AM), 5 Days A Week (Saturday-Sunday Off)
Transportation: Pick/Drop Provided Based On Shift Timing
Training: 4 Months With A Gross Salary Of INR 2.32 Lacs (Net Take-Home: INR 15000/Month)
Post-Training Salary: INR 4.80 Lacs Gross (Net Take-Home: INR 30000/Month)
Subsequent Revision: After 6 Months, Revised CTC To INR 5.40 Lacs (Approx. Take-Home: INR 34000/Month)
