As a Virtual Radiology Assistant (VRA), you will play a key role in assisting radiologists by managing and validating medical images. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of radiology images, gather relevant clinical information, and assist radiologists in generating precise and timely reports. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with a background in pharmacy, science, or pharmaceutical studies to begin their professional journey with IKS Health.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing radiology images and validating their integrity against study criteria. You will also draft preliminary study reports by identifying and gathering relevant or missing clinical data from previous reports, ensuring a comprehensive review by the radiologist. In addition, you will communicate with radiologists through MS Teams to request any additional information required for a complete report. Effective data management and organization will also be essential as you handle clinical data and imaging reports, contributing to the smooth functioning of the radiology department.
To be eligible for this position, you must have a degree in MPharm, MSc, BSc, or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). This is an entry-level position, and we encourage freshers to apply. No specific course-related experience is required. This is a work-from-office position, so you will be required to be physically present in the office during your shifts. The job entails a five-day workweek with night rotational shifts. We provide pick-up and drop services for night shifts.
Compensation for this role includes a CTC of 2.35 LPA, with an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 after deductions. Additional performance-based incentives will be provided.
The interview process for this position consists of two rounds. The first round will be an aptitude test, and candidates who clear this will move on to the final interview. We are looking to fill positions immediately, with a joining date set for August.
